Skills

My major skills as a new teacher are differentiation; because not everyone learns the same way and for those who do repetition is a benefit for any student, classroom management; this is the most important element in any classroom because without it students would not have the ability to focus and thrive, and last technology; students learn more through technology than any other methods incorporated into teaching because they can relate to it the most and it's hands on. I believe that these 3 keys are the most important to any thriving classroom setting.
