  • Able to keep team performing at a high level given relatively severe head count restraints. Have been meeting targets and performing at only 60% staffing.
  • Set up and have Reduced cost of consumables in front end. Resurfacing "facing bits" in front end rather than throwing them away after use. (Tri Tool facing bits are $63 each, Durabit facing bits are $9 each, new) By recycling and having them resurfaced we are able to save over 100K yearly with these consumables.
  • Significantly reduced the automated loading time in Precision clean line by over 1.5hrs. Prior, automated baskets were rolling into the machine at 7:30am. Have reduced this to a 6am roll in time. This is due to not having the loading technician doing water readings. Morning duties are now shared increasing velocity and throughput.
  • Main contact and responsible for successful raw material rack re-design, implementation, re-organization and installation without impacting production or targets with limited head count.
  • Set up successful batching and racking strategy to ensure FIFO in front end. Has been highly successful in ensuring the correct parts are being delivered to customers at the correct time.
  • Took personal responsibility for cleaning and scheduling re-organization of the Cerise back alleyway fire lanes. Entire back side of the building has been completely revamped and is now within legal fire code.
