I'm a self starter and highly motivated. I enjoy learning new things and implementing the things i have learned into my day to day operations. Communication is key and I pride myself on my ability to get ideas across and also to receive feedback. With my current company, i walked in the door as a production technician. After 8 years, i moved up to Quality Control and within a year i was the lead QC Tech. I spent 3 years in QC before taking a promotion to run production.
