Wildhorse

  • Initiated the first failure meeting and root cause analysis within the company.
  • Developed a chemical program to effectively treat corrosion and paraffin without the use of thermal treatment.
  • Reduced the rig intervention rate beginning at 0.68 and ending at 0.23 in December.
  • Ended the 2016 year with an average lease operating expense of $6.87/bbl.

South Odessa

  • Worked as a team to achieve failure rates for Wolfberry in the ~0.16 range.
  • Currently supervise 9 Lease Operators, 4 Assistant Foreman, 2 Fluid Techs, 1 DSC Analyst and 1 Maintenance Planner.
  • We have achieved a lease operating expense of ~$5-6 per BOE and lowered total area expense from $21MM in 2014 to $14MM in 2015.
  • Lowered the average downtime by 50% year by year.
  • Helped create and maintain a positive atmosphere in South Odessa in which we reward hard work and dedication.

Project Operations Planning and Assurance

  • Worked directly with Midland and Delaware Basin Development teams on Design and Execution in 2012 to 2014.
  • Developed methods and team members to reduce the Wolfcamp Spud - Production average time from a 78 day average in 2012 to a 52 day average in 2013.

Wolfcamp Operations Subject Matter Expert

  • Created Operating Procedures and Troubleshooting manuals for all Wolfcamp Facilities in the Permian Basin.
  • Member of the Facility Design & Standards team for the Onshore Oil and Gas Area within Chevron.

Creative Problem Solving:

  • Created a Operator Competency Verification test for the Wolfcamp area to help combat the issues of inexperienced new hires.
  • Assisted in the design and implementation of a new Horizontal Heater Treater to help combat the emulsion issues common to Wolfberry production.

  • Generated $54MM for the Midland Business Unit in 2015.
  • Eliminated Hot Oiling/Watering by developing a Xylene Circulation package.

Assistant Foreman Experience

  • Worked with the South Odessa/DSC/Engineering teams to lower lifting cost and failure rates to a world class level of ~0.2 .
  • Supervised/Assisted up to 5 lease operators in their daily activities and helped grow their knowledge and understanding of oil and gas extraction.
  • As of July we have converted 8 rod pump wells to plunger lift to significantly reduce operating cost on marginal and repeat failure wells.
