  • This program simplified system architecture by replacing more than 150 in-house Mainframe applications with one new interface to TSYS. For shared services alone, it reduced TCOA by $2.5M annually.
  • Played key role in the design and development of new MQ interface to TSYS. As part of this effort, a new IBM WebSphere hub was created to run more than 200 TSYS packets generating more than 5M transactions daily.
  • Successfully completed proof of concept with architects, developers and TSYS engineers. Managed and led multi phase deployment approach including pilot, multiple production releases and activation.
  • Managed design and development of more than 25 new APIs, backward compatibility of existing 150 APIs and on-boarding of 10 new clients.
