Creating and implementing Identity Management program (CWID/NetID).
Creating with University Police secured a badging system based off of the Identity Management program (CWID).
Senior Director responsible for all aspects of Phlebotomy Operations encompassed by 4 Managers, 17 Supervisors, 207 Patient Service Centers supporting over 500+ employees with a reported $150M in revenue. Implemented but not limited to: Leadership, Customer Service, and Project Management programs. Changed a culture and adapted staff into a “Be LabCorp” philosophy including weekly town hall meetings at each site location. Researched, performed and presented an analysis for acquisitions to Divisional President.

First account to “Go Global” for Canon Business Service in APAC.
Took 3 accounts in the Mid-West and turned them into Enterprise accounts.
Acted as Sales Manager and Director of Operations for newly opened New England market.
Uncovered toner fraud worth over $500k.
Developed strategic marketing campaigns for each account to promote new equipment, technology software and sustainability. Consistently developed and implemented Managed Print Solutions for fleet accounts with a constant evaluation process working with Asset DB. Direct involvement with strategic planning, analysis, reporting and presentations to client monthly. Recruited, trained, and coached employees with 40 hours of training required annually.
Created the School of Mail a five-year training program based on the USPS program and certification.
