Senior Director responsible for all aspects of Phlebotomy Operations encompassed by 4 Managers, 17 Supervisors, 207 Patient Service Centers supporting over 500+ employees with a reported $150M in revenue. Took 3 accounts in the Mid-West and turned them into Enterprise accounts.
