Summary

Over the last 25 years I have been heavily invested in corporate training and human development. I have worked within the automotive and professional sports industries, helping global organizations win big through world class training curriculums and technology systems via my education company and engineering experience. In 2016 I was part of the Chicago Cubs baseball world series championship. In 2020 I sold the education business and authored a book for high performance individuals. Now, after talking with many business owners and professionals, I hear about the challenges they face regarding employee engagement and growth.
