  • Agri Venezuela C.A , was a joint venture company between Jessica Claire (40%) and Norsk Hydro asa (first Hydro Agri International and Yara International today). It was created initially to introduce, promote, distribute  and sell in the Venezuela territory speacialities formulas : Calcium Nitrate, Calcium nitrate B, NPK+Mg+Micros, AN and micronutrient based foliar fertilizers. After 2005, when i owned 100% of the company I introduced bulk blending products custom made. I was able to capture 10% of a highly subsidiezd market selling up to 140,000 Mt tripling the price compare to the fertilizer offered by the goverment (Pequiven). 
  • Designed the financial model for a new business unit.

It also performed stevedoring operation in an alliance with stevedores to discharge bulk carriers.  As a CEO I overlooked all the logistic from bulk discharge, bagging operations (50 kg and big bags) operation at the pier as well as in warehouse bagging operation I managed all corporate accounts with private sector as well as government.

I managed continues improvement process to achieve higher rates of discharge-bagging creating the right conditions for HR as well as having the right equipment.   ​

1984 First Hydroponic production in Venezuela using the NFT (Nutrient Film Technique). I managed to introduce the following produce: European Cucumber Cherry Tomatoes, Butterhead lettuce Orange and Yellow Bell. Pepper

1986: I developed the first custom made micronutrient foliar fertilizer in Venezuela which had a tremendous impact on the agricultural sector. .  

1992: In a partnership with Norsk Hydro, today’s Yara International. I introduce, in a highly subsidized fertilizer market, the following formulas : Calcium nitrate  calcium nitrate plus boron, ammonium nitrate,   NPK plus micronutrients : 18-06-12+4 Mg+micro NPK 12-12-17-2 SOP. Introduction of Phosyn  Micronutrient based foliar fertilizer: each micro was sold separately addressing specific problems based on real need of the crop.

2005 Introduction of Custom made bulk blending operation impregnating the formulas with specific micros to guarantee uniformity and to reduce hygroscopicity .

2016: Patent US/ Application/ 62/190,650. Liquid Gel delivery system OTC pharma
