  • Developed operations for underwriting, selling and purchasing of all Mortgage residential loans. Responsible for supporting functions for the entire mortgage lending process.
  • Managed the entire loan processing and closing department, consisting of 40 employees. Deepening of underwriting errors were determined and necessary action to correct them for selling on the secondary market.
  • Handled all payoffs an reporting to proper investors. Consummated Over 3,500 sales, one in particular was for twenty-three million dollars, creating a clear net profit of $ 14.3 million for the bank.
