Attended two military leader courses enabeling me to advance and become a exceptionally successful leader. They consisted of, Warrior Leaders Course, which is a junior leader and mentorship course lasting 3 weeks. Where you are taught and shown the ability to lead, responsibility that is required from a leaders, leadership skills and tactics, and are graded on how proficient of a leader you are. During this course I refined my leadership skills, scoring a %96.8 overall.

Advanced Leader course is a senior leader course teaching you how to supervise, maintain, and manage over 30 people while guiding and mentoring them to become leaders. The course shows you how to delegate authority, motivate, supervise and refine, and establish a dynamic, motivated, and tenacious work force that is ready to implement, perform, and refine their leadership skills while performing above and beyond their expected potential.
