  • Coaching physicians individually (Validation) by escorting them on the floors of the hospital (all three PinnacleHealth locations: Harrisburg, Community General, and West Shore) and observing their interactions with patients.
  • After observing was completed, a feedback session would be held immediately following, with the physician, to dissect their process and offer tips to help them give out patients the best experience possible.
  • A more in depth report was sent to them, as well as Education Administration, in order to properly evaluate physicians on the Patient Experience benchmarks according to HCAHP surveys.
  • Overseeing the implementation of yearly Physician Communication Skills Labs for all incoming Interns, as well as preparing graduation certificates and Resident Photo Sheets for the upcoming Academic Year.
  • Other duties include monitoring the Resident Run Forums, facilitating the GME response to resident concerns voiced at these forums, serving as the Safety Liaison for the Resident Call Rooms, tracking resident meal allowances and catering reports.
