  • Reviewed new hire paper work, reviewed I-9's, made sure we had correct state tax forms and checked for rehires before entering into ADP Workforce Now this included taxes, direct deposits, deductions and any garnishments. Entered employee terminations, transfers and pay increase or decreases.
  • I paid 500 rig hands bi-weekly, I also did semi-monthly payroll for salary employees for 22 rigs. Each rig had at least two managers.
  • We would pull and review time from Pason Data (field entered time), We would call the rigs if there were any missing hours or if positions were incorrect. NAV 2013 would import time from Pason on Wednesdays. We would review the the time again before we would balance and import into ADP for processing. This was done weekly.
  • When there was a rig move we would have to enter the time manually. We would enter bereavement pay, any owed hours and travel time if needed before running a payroll resister.
  • We had an excel spread sheet that would calculate mileage, I had to load the employees home address and rig address for the calculation. Then I would upload the dollars into ADP.
  • We would check the register for overtime hours and check all entries made manually before accepting payroll.
  • I handle Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas and Texas rigs
  • Worked quickly and efficiently, with minimal oversight, to accomplish assigned duties.
  • Calculate safety and performance quarter bonuses.
  • Support the field and accounting office with payroll reports.
  • Helped employees with pay question and how to log on to ADP to view paychecks and reset passwords.
