Oversees day-to-day operations and provides technical/administrative leadership of the front-end revenue cycle. Responsibilities include:
Patient registration and data compilation
Staffing and scheduling to maintain proper patient to associate ratio
Coaching and mentoring fellow team members including ongoing quality assurance reviews
Conducting monthly staff meetings and daily huddles

Instrumental and involved in the planning and implementation stages of opening a new 354 bed hospital, including new creating new operational processes for all areas of registration. Assisted in equipment purchasing and staffing placement decisions.
Participated in many procedural directives with clinical partners to design new and improved workflow processes using Lean Six Sigma methods, specifically a new Direct Admit process, Observation Redesign and Women's services point of service collections.
