I was a member of the National Honor Society, The National Society of High School Scholars, and I was able to be a part of the Marching Band as a dancer for 2 and a half years.
I love working with animals and children, I want to volunteer with people more. So far, I have volunteered mostly with the homeless and on holidays like Martin Luther King Day. I took three years of French and loved it and I plan to take more courses with this language. In my high school I was the leader of my dance team as the co-captain and at college I think of myself as someone that can be trusted and handle a tough situation.
I volunteer at my school in a program called RHA and we hold events around the school for the other students in order to keep their heads in school and help them focus on what matters. I volunteer now at the Greensboro sportsplex with children and their events in order to help them function and run their programs throughout the summer.
