Supervised a team of 74 EMS professionals While serving as a Paramedic Captain for a Hospital based EMS Agency (level 2 trauma center). Duties included but were not limited to: Providing Basic and Advanced life support services during medical emergencies on scene and en route to the hospital, Maintaining a state of readiness and alertness for all assignments, Initiating plans of care based on patient assessments, and Maintaining updated knowledge with treatment protocols, response requirements and quality assurance procedures. Duties also included: Employee evaluations, Incident investigations, Equipment purchases, and various other duties as directed by Hospital administration.

While concurrently employed at Enloe Medical Center EMS as a Paramedic Captain, I also served as a Flight Paramedic for our "in-house" Flight Program serving 6 counties in Northern California.
