Over all volume on average was north of 7 million. I would assist architects and engineers with design build situations. Manage my superintendents and estimators on projects and new bids. I was also over the office staff for budgeting, billing, payables, and year end taxes. Started the company in a very small shop and grew it over the years to 20,000 sq ft factory.
Project manager, 03/2003 to 02/2006TSI － san antonio, TXThis company hired me to reverse engineer Frac trucks for the oil field. Starting out I knew nothing about hydraulics or engines of that size, my background was design and build structural steel. My job was to design one similar to another already in use but change it up enough there was no patent infringement. Within three months I had the first one roll out the door and we kicked out another every 6 weeks after that.
Senior project managerTH Precision LLc － Seguin, TX During the course or our fabrication and erection business I did several ground up buildings, all industrial. For example I designed with an architect and engineer a factory in Bew Braunsfuls. I handled the site work, ruff in, flatwork, fabrication and erection, 3 phase power, easements for utilities, road construction, bridge crane design and install, Fire walls separating operations bays, septic system, industrial oven installation, propane tank install and plumbing, along with all permits and inspections including TCEQ. There was also a stick frame office separate from the factory where we did a complete build and finish out with data cables running to the shop. Complete server system, 5 offices with hardwood floors and bathrooms. I handled all the estimating, contracts, scheduling, and quality control.
