I knowledgeable in the Head Start program and performance standards. I have used the assessments before and am able to administer them if the need should arise. I have used the Devereux and know how to explain it to parents, and use it to see if children need any further services. I am also familiar with and have used Brigance and Creative Curriculum. I have worked up a lesson plan and included in them the goals that I have individually set for each child. I also know how to enter information into the computer, and can work through many of the computer programs that are used. I enjoy speaking in front of a audience, as well as meeting new people. I have the knowledge and experience of knowing what it takes to work in a early childhood classroom from day to day. I also know the importance of working with parents. I look forward to using my knowledge and skills to help in the classrooms that I will be working with.
