    • Conducted in-reach, outreach, and educational activities to existing health center patients and non-health center patients about affordable insurance options and help them enroll
    • Explained to individuals and families the importance of having health insurance
    • Conduct community outreach and engagement events including public events and business presentations

    • Collect data and find patients who are currently using the health center's sliding fee, and are uninsured
