The Key Responsibilities Of The Operations Associate Are
Operates equipment used to manufacture CMC Pads products.
Weighs, measures and checks raw materials to ensure that batches manufactured contain proper ingredients in proper quantities
Produce, package and prepare CMC products for shipment.
Receive raw material and containers.
Perform required data entry and record keeping.
Perform required quality testing and inspections
Maintain safe and clean working environment
Immediately address any deviation to CMC values, procedures, policies, etc.
Participate in continuous improvement teams and activities.
Contribute to plant safety initiatives.
Performs in-process tests (such as hardness, weight, variation, pH and moisture content) to ensure that batches meet specifications.
Recognizes equipment and product problems, notifies supervisor and/or troubleshoots errors in order to achieve optimum production levels.
Perform miscellaneous production and warehouse related tasks (for example, cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory, incident investigation)
Technical– Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and materials handling.

All of these duties are performed in a Clean Room environment. This requires the wearing of a clean room suit, which is a full body jumpsuit, hood, safety glasses, surgical gloves and surgical mask. The environment does not allow the use of makeup, hairspray, hair gel, perfume or cologne. This is an entry-level, temporary position, hired through Elevated Resources. Excellent attendance and punctuality are an absolute requirement in these full-time, compressed work week (CWW) schedules. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6:00AM-6:30PM
Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters. Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics. Follow dispatch as required while making allowances for schedule changes in response to Hot Orders and customer requirements. Work closely with others in a team environment. Operate with a true sense of urgency. Basic understanding and demonstrated comprehension of written instructions in English including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents. Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job, perform detailed work, perform basic arithmetic, lift 30 pounds without straining, stand throughout shift (8-10 hours), work around chemical smells and use ear protection where needed and to meet ITAR hiring regulations.
Build various computer products using WebDocs while paying close attention to details. Provide training to new and seasoned employees. Initiate non-conforming material reports of failed components. Perform troubleshooting procedures daily to make sure products are finished in a timely manner. Knowledgeable of various web based tools (OFW, MT, Online Sa, etc.) to view status, communicate and enter data. Perform a wide variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations. Follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation and cable harnessing on assembly units. Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Perform quality checks and provide feedback to other operators.
