Additional Information

I am currently teaching small guided reading lessons online three afternoons a week. The lessons are taught through the Book Nook literacy software using Vipkid's platform. The twenty five minute lessons are taught through zoom. The students I teach are age five and are learning letters, beginning sounds, vowels, and ending sounds. These students are participating after school to remediate and increase phonemic awareness. The parents are near to assist and encourage.

I am also currently teaching private swim lessons I have taught a variety of children how to swim including an autistic child while his familiar therapist joined each lesson. I adjusted the pacing and limited verbal instructions to implementing the method ( I do, We do, You do). I have taught swim lessons for over ten years.
