Summary

For the last 35 plus to work as years I have been fortunate to work as an employee and manager. As an emergency medical technician I responded to many dire situations. It was imperative to make the appropriate decision in those life threatening cases. As a property manager decision making was also of great import. Building relationships on trust and respect should always be a defining principle for any position whether management or employee. This will create more harmony and less conflict.
