Assisted in reestablishing Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy Services along with Skilled Nursing services in the county of Susquehanna, Pennsylvania serving a large geographic and socioeconomically challenged area. Work cohesively with a multitude of other professionals to not only provide therapy services but to ensure access to health care. Working in conjunction with the following professionals in several settings with in this county. These professionals include administrators with in the Elk Lake School District, Gracious Living Personal Care Home Administration and physicians with in the Endless Mountains Health Care System.
Provided treatment to medically complex patients, including ventilator dependent, traumatic brain injuries, stroke, spinal cord injury and other diagnosis such as cardiopulmonary, cancer, diabetes, cognitive and behavioral health etc. Extensively provided clinical supervision to both level 1 and level 2 fieldwork clinicians. Act as a "resource person" for new graduates and staff in the area of protocol, treatments and other related professionals. Extensive knowledge of protocol for COVID19 to reduce and prevent exposure and use of PPE (personal protective equipment) during care of individuals.

Established contract, protocols and treatments for occupational therapy program at the Endless Mountains Health System. Instituted policy and procedure for treatment of the pediatric patient in the outpatient setting with in this health care setting.
Established contracts, protocols and treatment procedures for special needs children in the Susquehanna County and Montrose School Districts. Special needs children included those with a diagnosis of autism, developmental delay, medically complex, behavioral health. Once established, relinquished direct supervision to staff member but continued to provide managerial supervision.
Established budget and departmental goals with in the Barnes Kasson County Health System which included working between and with the administrators of the Barnes Kasson County Hospital and its Community Health Centers.
Specialization in the medical needs of the geriatric individual with emphasis on both medical and community health needs of the individual who is aging. Focus on community involvement and tools to allow the geriatric client to age in place. This certification has provided me skills readily transferable to individuals with in their life span.
