Profile

Maintenance and monitoring of the corporate enterprise network environment. This includes basic configuration, coordination, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring relating to the configuration and use of the network equipment within the enterprise. Performs analysis, diagnostics, and resolution of basic network and voice problems for the company which may include coordination, installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Monitors the reliability of the network infrastructure across multiple platforms. Participate in the rotating “on call” schedule with other members of the team for providing support to the business and partners. Performs initial analysis and troubleshooting for network outages or other business impacting issues. Provides secondary support responsibilities for key network and infrastructure applications. Ensures that objectives are met while maintaining defined security standards. Create monitor, follow up and resolve Remedy tickets.
