Keep shop clean and running smoothly by sweeping, organizing, and maintaining various environments in work area.
Performed maintenance on different categories and brands of motorcycles, including street bikes, dirt bikes, cruisers and choppers.
Check in customers by taking notes on provided motorcycle, asking questions to further understand problems with bike, and communicate in a logical matter.
Communicate with customers throughout bike or parts service by giving updates, asking further questions, and explaining tasks completed or to be completed.
Complete transactions with customers for bike service, either by cash, credit card, or check.
Drive safely to other shops, suppliers, or sources to pickup or drop off needed parts, consumables, or recyclable material.
Drop off and deliver bikes to customers.
Remove, clean, rebuild, balance, and tune various styles of Mikuni and Keihin carburetors.
Remove, clean, rebuild, and service brake systems.
Change tube and tubeless tires efficiently.
Internally clean fuel tanks, and line with epoxy.
Remove and rebuild conventional forks.
Perform valve adjustments on tappet type adjusters.
Replace and maintain basic service items, such as oil filter, air filters, fuel filters, and tire pressures.
Manage vapor honing sector of shop by pricing out part restorations to customers, performing honing and cleaning, updating customers on progress of piece(s), performing quality control checks on parts honed by other employee, and checking out customers with payments.
Teardown complete bikes down to bare frame, disassemble multiple part to get down to bare frame, and bag and tag parts removed from bike.
Build bikes up to rolling frames.
Perform after service inspections to check for any abnormalities or work declined by customer.
Open and close building multiple times a week solely.
Set up and teardown events ranging with attendance from 20-500+ guests.
Direct and supervise contractors to complete tasks assigned.
Engage with guests in a friendly manner that makes them feel welcome and comfortable.
Operate security cameras to count guests, locate a person of interest, and keep watch over building.
Setup cones and signs to direct traffic for guests to navigate easily and efficiently.
Keep facility maintained by picking up trash, watering flowers, clearing hallways, and organizing spaces consistently.
Pickup items from varying locations, transport to building, then distribute accordingly.
Complete daily tasks given by supervisor that range greatly.
