HI my name is German Santana, Jr, I am very hardworking and responsible. I had applied and gotten accepted to my very first job a week after turning of the age to work. I had worked there for 2 years, soon to be supervisors, until COVID-19 had come upon us. After I had gotten a job, where I am currently, at Wendy's. I have been working for Wendy's since June of 2020, and have been there for more than a year now. I am very responsible and very good at becoming a loyal employee. I like to work and put as much effort that is needed to become a good employee. As said prior, after being at Wendy's for quite a time, they are enhancing my position, making me yet again another supervisor. All whilst in high school balancing a Dual Course Program , taking a college credit classes in hopes of completing an Associates Degree in CyberSecurity Information and Protection half day, than going back to High school for the rest. On top of being a full time Highschool student and employee at the age of 16 and 17, every Wednesday, Holidays, and any other extra days I could to help. I would dedicate myself to volunteering there until COVID-19 had shut it down, than I found myself further applying and looking for other places I could be included and help build my career path further. I then joined MMM - Morris Minute Men a volunteering EMT Squad in November of 2019. On June 29 of 2021 after undergoing a 6 month course to complete the pre-requisites and requirements to take the National Registry for EMT, I passed. Now as a newly certified EMT I dedicate my normal week shit, Thursday's and other days doing standbys and 24's on weekends while attending County College of Morris as a full time student and working at Wendy's.
Familiarized myself with the hospital setting by delivering various items such as flowers, blood bags, machines, equipment around to where was needed.
Put in approximately 200 plus hours of volunteer.
Received the Ruth Award Certification from Morristown Medical Center on June 10, 2020 for the dedication and effort during my time volunteering.
