  • Serves as a Military Analyst II responsible for participating with doctrine writers, and training developers and mobile training teams to articulate, design, and publish training management doctrine.

  • Uses SharePoint to update the weekly Priorities Meeting slides to provide the Government on the status of training management product deliverables.
  • Designed and maintains an active Quality Control System for analyzing and documenting thirty-nine Digital Training Management System tutorials to ensure tutorials are updated in accordance with Government approval and the contract requirements.
  • Selected Accomplishments: •40 Hours/Week •Developed individual task and task-based training management lesson plans per Field Manual 7-0 (Train to Win in a Complex World).
  • Developed a Tracking and Quality Control System for 39 tutorials and •Monitored all tutorials submitted to the Government Contracting Officer Representative for review.
  • Analyzes and identifies those tutorials that require updating based upon the Training Management System's monthly code release.
G3 SCHOOLS/TRAINING SERGEANT MAJOR, 12/2016 to 09/2017

  • Served as the G3 Schools and Training Sergeant Major for an Infantry Division consisting of two Brigade Combat Teams, Combat Aviation Brigade, Fires Brigade, and a Sustainment Brigade with more than 14,500 soldiers.

  • Coordinated with three different brigades, 7th Corps, and Department of the Army to adjust or delete soldiers report dates from high profile schools' slots as not to reflect negatively on the 1st Infantry Division.
  • Oversaw the 1st Infantry Division Air Assault budget over three-hundred thousand dollars.
BATTALION COMMAND SERGEANT MAJOR, 07/2012 to 11/2016
U.S. Army – City , STATE
  • Centrally selected by the Department of the Army to serve as the battalion-level command sergeant major for two different organizations.
  • First, as a senior enlisted advisor in a 945-Soldier Combined Arms, Rapid Deployable Task Force.
  • Secondly, as a Brigade Command Sergeant and Brigade Staff Observer-Coach/Trainer at the National Training Center (NTC).

  • Promoted ahead of peers and selected to serve as the Brigade-Command Sergeant Major Observer-Coach/Trainer at the National Training Center.
