  • Taking inbound calls from AARP members to assist with questions, changes, or concerns regarding their home and auto policy. Responsible for maintaining active policies for a 12 month term and providing consultation.
  • Taking anywhere from 50 to 100 inbound calls on a daily basis.
  • Accessing 7 to 9 programs per call to review the policy for customer.
  • Reviewing state requirements and guidelines to help the customer avoid fines for changing coverage.

  • Resolving problems pertaining to surcharges being added during the renewal process for at fault accidents, violations, or claims received during the prior year.

Responsible for treatment services for youth by providing direct in person services to their families and following established programs protocols. The studies performed, were the stress and justice study, the first responder study and the FMRI study (brain scan study). I interviewed parents and children to collect data and then referred families to clinicians that would be able to assist them.

  • Located families that would fit the profile of the survey we needed to perform.
  • Performed visits to the homes of clients to clarify points of the study and to schedule future appointments.
