Running a Anthem BCBS team at Connection point using Siebel, the oldest and hardest sales program. Unfortunately the trainers who came down from a small town where all the whole building sells is BCBS. They decided to sabotage our team and got rid of 12 of the 17 trained agents The day we were supposed to start at AEP. Kal and I were in charge of running it though so one of us had to go coming from the owners. Since Kal had been there longer I agreed to take the blame and got let go. I thought it would be easy to find a company with integrity and respect that stood up to their word, I was sadly mistaken.. Plus Rhonda M and I were very close, I recruited for her, did some of the hiring, bounced around to carrier teams that were struggling to help teach them and get them back on track.. I guess it is what it is though, she did write me a incredible letter of recommendation though!!
