I have 15 years experience in the medical field. I strive to do my very best in patient care and and the quality I put forth in my job. My goal is to make every day better than the one before, helping people understand that there's more to life than 4 walls. I care for my community and appreciate all that it has given me, therefore, I am giving back what I have learned in many ways.
My job started out as a receptionist in 2005 at Chavies Medical Center, a quiet neighborhood nestled in the heart of Chavies, this was my passion for 11 years, my heart was 100 on patient care.
I took a break from that and went on to pursue my Pharmacy Technician license, I bounced a few places and thought it just wasn't for me. I missed the conversations, the care, the atmosphere of what I know and love.
I found my way to Primary Care center where I started out at registration for the most part and then took on the role of being a KYNECT/UK surveys assister. I had 3 suites which had a total of 4-6 providers every day. My job was to interview the patient to tell if they needed assistance through LKLP. I was very blessed for the opportunity, again, to help my community. Presently, due to funding within the program, my title was eliminated. I then resumed working as a registration phone clerk at Primary Care Center.
I transferred to ARH Medical Mall in October of 2019, there I resumed the role as a receptionist. I worked along side cardiology, cardiovascular imaging, the breast center and imaging departments.
