I act as a liaison with Nurse's, Physicians, Nurse Coordinators, Social Workers, Administration, Clerk's, Management, Billing, Non-VA Care, on a daily basis. This is in effort to coordinate with these colleagues information about the Veteran to help provide quality care for them.
