I helped to stock and organize the local food bank that handed out groceries to the surrounding counties. I also drove around the community to pick up donations and to drop off donations to clients who were unable to pick them up at the facilities.

I was a girl scout from the ages of 5 to 18. I earned my silver award by leading a younger scout troop for a whole year in various activities and a final week long camping trip. My troop ran the spring time camp for the regions other scout troop for three years in a row in high school, and we traveled to Mexico to do volunteer work for three weeks.
