I am a skilled communicator who is able to synthesize and deliver complex information to diverse audiences. I have strong leadership skills such as the ability to prioritize, delegate tasks, and make sound decisions quickly while maintaining focus on the bottom line. Graduate Research project:
Development of training materials for the Computerized Spelling Sensitivity System (CSSS). Materials included: Detailed training manual and training videos.
The CSSS is a multidimensional approach to spelling analysis. It looks at phonemic awareness, orthographic knowledge, morphological awareness, and mental graphemic representations (MGR) within spellings in order to individualize intervention and target primary encoding problem.
In addition to current skills, I plan to obtain the following certifications: PECS, FEES, LSVT, MBS Standardized assessment training, Tracheoesophageal Prosthesis (TEP)
