I had started in nursing as an aide in 1992, along the way , I became a team leader, in charge of the daily aides on shift, weekend transport aide, doing the schedules, bath aide, became a med aide, did dextros, neb treatments, worked 16 hour shifts, loved working extra shifts, have alzheimers certificates, work shops, cpr cert, and have worked in alzheimer units, and on a therapy floor with regional west for 8 yrs, I love that part of nursing, seeing patients come in and walk out, I am currently in a Cardiac clinic, and have learned alot. for this being out of my element, I am a self starter, love the people, im effecient, rarely miss work, I care for my coworkers and all around me
