Started instructing helicopter pilots in February of 2014 on my own, while completing additional training towards dual ratings in airplanes. Worked under contract with Yavapai College and Northaire as an Adjunct Instructor for the flight program. Performed discovery flights, proficiency and recency training, checkout training, simulator training, ground training, primary flight instruction, endorsements, managed software updates on all the aircraft, kept student and aircraft maintenance records up to date, and developed new methods of teaching that were more effective on a wider range of students than traditional methods.
