I am first and foremost a believer in God and I strive to live my life based upon His Holy Word. I wish to grow every day, learning from those who have paved the ways before me so that I may surpass them, carry their teaching with me, and pass them on to all who are willing to listen. I understand every moment is another in which I can continue to learn and grow in order that I may reach my goals in life.

As you will see I have an array of experience both in work and personal, all of which can and will be used to bring success to every project that I do. I wish to take pride in everything I accomplish, not for myself, not for and man, but for God and Him alone. I say this as a guarantee. A guarantee that I will work to the best of my ability as I truly believe when the scriptures say in Colossians 3:17, 23

17 "And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him."

23 "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men,"

Shift Manager, Management Trainer Old Country Buffet City, STATE,

In 2012 I was hired as a server and had the responsibilities of talking and interacting with the guests. After a while I took the opportunity to learn the other positions in the restaurant in order to gain more hours and became a baker, a cook, and a dishwasher to fill the schedule. In a little under two years I was promoted to Shift Supervisor at this training store. I regularly trained new managers who would go into management positions around the Midwest. During my time here I learned how to effectively manage persons by example and solve inter-personnel disputes on the rare occasion they would prop up.

07/2011 to 04/2012
LAUNCH Leadership Student Hidden Acres Christian Center City, STATE,

In 2012 I graduated from LAUNCH leadership training. During LAUNCH I grew immensely. I learned the basics on how and when to lead and I gained understanding of a work-ethic. I was able to expand my breadth of knowledge on many things. I was given the opportunity to us many different types of tools and machines. One day I would be in the kitchen and bakery the next out at the log splitter and even the next working on constructing a building. In as far as leadership goes we, the LAUNCH students, were in charge of keeping the Beyond Helpers (helpful high school students) on task and to train them.

We each had an end-of-program project requirement. This project could be anything we personally felt would be useful to the campground. I chose to build a hiking trail and picnic spot near the lake. I sold the idea to the camp head and explained to him why it would be of great use. After receiving the go-ahead from him I got to work. I built a floating dock and carved out a trail on the far side of the lake. In recent years other workers and taken my idea and groundwork and grew it larger. A hammock haven, a fishing and picnic spot and a hiking and hunting trail have grown out of the work I had done.
