Professional Summary

I currently provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, families, & couples in a private practice setting. I have extensive experience providing services to patients of high risk populations in outpatient and inpatient settings. My experience varies greatly from treating patients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief & loss, adjustment issues, phase of life difficulties, & crisis management. I integrate a variety of approaches to therapy as one size does not fit all. I often utilize Solution Focused, CBT Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy approaches to inform my work with people and maintain a baseline philosophy that draws heavily from Family System trainings. My approach is to meet clients where they are at in their life and growth process as they explore their challenges, fears and goals in an accepting, confidential environment. Together we will create a treatment plan, set goals and explore tools to assist with positive growth, living authentically and attaining a healthy well-being. While we look at the here and now, we will explore past experiences and relationships along with a focus on attachment and family dynamics.
