Hard work and dedication along with a strong mindset to endure any given challenge. There is always an answer to the question; and a solution to the problem. I love to work as a team , I dont see myself better then anyone . I love to learn and feed of experience from myself, books. And others . I am a vacuum when it comes to knowledge. I listen to understand and go out of my way to either please my mom, employers, residents and last but not least myself .
