My goal is to become a Section Manager at BMW. I Possess strong leadership skills and continuously strive to improve any one around me that is willing to learn by coaching them to help them achieve their goals. Coached several ESA's to Section Leader positions, ESA's to SSB positions and PA's to preferred jobs throughout the BMW body shop in 5+ years as a Section Leader. Yearly and daily targets have been met on a consistent basis and 6S improvements have been made with an average of 3's reflecting on my portfolio's over a four year tenure as a Section Leader. Very strong on the floor leader with an ability to work with a diverse group of associates successfully. Seventeen plus years expertise in heavy/light mechanical, millwright, machining and industrial electrical knowledge has been beneficial in the body shop by sharing this knowledge with ESA's and associates to achieve line improvements, downtime resolutions, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies as well as Tech Scholar growth. Participation in ESA hiring/recruiting and the Maintenance Excellence team to improve BMW's body shop maintenance strategy. Focus is currently on project development and implementation along with process improvements through reliability analysis and data reporting. KPI's and targets are effectively met through daily routines and data collections.
