-As a maintenance technician and work center supervisor was responsible for the assignment and completion of preventative and corrective maintenance on naval nuclear propulsion systems. Extensive knowledge with mechanical blueprints, pumps, valves, lube oil systems, air systems, and distilling units.


-Training petty officer responsible for scheduling and providing training for over 175 personnel on topics relating to propulsion plant operations and maintenance.


-Chief Machinery Operator for two successful Operational Reactor Safeguards Examinations on board USS George Washington (CVN-73). Directly responsible for safe and reliable propulsion, water production, and electricity generation while on board the US Navy's only forward deployed aircraft carrier.


-Processed and tracked to completion over 400 shipyard jobs as a member of USS George Washington's centralized work control team. Further responsibilities included advising shipyard entities on safety isolations as a ship's force liason and briefing project coordinators on job progress.
