I'm seeking employment as a Middle School Science teacher for the 2020-2021 school year. Having experience as a Pre-k to 8th grade teacher specializing in the areas of math and science I'm highly enthusiastic about the position . I plan to implement a teacher-student collaborative learning environment which is supplemented by various STEM projects that assist with keeping students attentive and engaged throughout the learning process. As a skilled educator with 12+ years of classroom experience, my highlighted strengths include classroom supervision, lesson planning and behavior management. I've achieved success with delivering reports to building principal and administrators in a timely manor. Effectively collaborating with teachers, administrators and support specialists to meet personalized student needs are deemed critical. Shifts teaching methods and instructional materials to meet individualized students' needs. As a caring, supportive and enthusiastic educator, I'm able to demonstrate compassion as well as communicate firm classroom expectations and school policies.
