Review loan files as assigned for compliance with HARP, FNMA, FHA, and/or FHLMC guidelines as applicable. Clearly identify document deficiencies and communicate the same back to the appropriate loan processor within the time-frames mandated and with a minimal error percentage.
In addition to the review above, I am a specialist with secondary market investor overlays as well as the unique forms, overlays and affidavits of multiple state housing programs which assists me successfully identify issues associated with the settlement of the loans being targeted to a unique end investor.

Prepare and move mortgage loans to closing. Issue proper disclosures as required by federal regulatory compliance and review rate lock and point objectives for accuracy. Ensure pricing and fees are accurately reflected on each transaction and order all necessary appraisals, title, and credit documents. Review loan-related documents, including title insurance, flood and tax certificates and surveys, and submit these documents to Underwriting.
Additionally, review the documents for acceptability against loan conditions, and with the Loan Officer coordinate with all parties to obtain additional documentation. Complete loan submissions and update the conversation log as needed.
Furthermore, I demonstrated a sense of urgency, willingness to work closely with others, and be part of a team whose primary focus is service to our customers as I am their main point of contact within the loan process.
Providing exceptional customer service and technical support for internal and external voice and data product customers.
