When I first started with at&t used to be (SBC/Southwestern Bell) I was in sales and the department called "Winback". Which at that time were selling products and service to bring business customer back to at&t. Then name changed to at&t then started to help bring customer toll free lines and all lines such as fax and touchtone service and including internet. Then started to specialize in Local Service Center to help customer port the numbers back. Then having to sending documents to other local providers such as Time Warner, Charter, Comcast and so forth to have them release their telephone number back to us. Also when customer were down worked to make sure customer services were up and running and they were satisfied with their services.
