5. Virtually attends Ed Tech weekly meetings, various wing meetings and various grade level meetings to provide technical support for staff.

6. Designed our Triumph Academy Remote Learning Google site, and provided training for certain staff members to update the site.

7. Provided remote technology support to both staff and parents.

8. Created a Google form for remote sign-out of Chromebooks for our second distribution day, and organized the distribution of approximately 320 Chromebooks in total.

  • Repair broken chromebooks in-house by ordJessicag and replacing broken parts such as screens, keyboard and charging ports.
  • Created a Tech Request google form for families to submit when they needed tech assistance. During the 2020-2021 school year 177 submissions were received and attended to.
  • Create and maintain updated inventory of all building technology.
  • Manage a successful technology refresh by communicating device needs to the Service Center and preparing technology for removal, replacement and deployment.
  • Manage Chromebook user settings via the Google Admin Console.
  • Manage school’s Clever Student Portal by customizing the layout of the homepage, assigning links to appropriate users.

  • Troubleshoots NHA-provided hardware to the source of the issue by swapping out parts and performing basic troubleshooting procedures and order replacement equipment from NHA’s Technology Support Center as needed.
