Experienced Criminal Justice Educator. In post-secondary education, 19 years of continuous successful, teaching. During that time, I have been awarded the BSHS Outstanding Adjunct Faculty Award and Honor and Achievement Award from the Criminal Justice Club. I have also provided 16 consecutive years of student academic scholarships through the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), and assisted numerous BSU graduates with employment in Federal, State, and Local Law Enforcement Agencies.

Senior Executive leadership of a national criminal investigation program focused on violent crime in publicly fundedhousing and housing/mortgage fraud. Provided oversight to a multi-billion dollars agency. Cross-designated as DEA SpecialAgent and a Deputy U.S. Marshall to fulfill the law enforcement requirements of the Inspector General's Act as designatedby the U.S. Congress and the Executive Branch. Work closely with the U.S. Attorney General and CongressionalCommittees.
Chose to pursue an advanced degree in Human Resource Development to further my ability to deliver the highest quality education to the population of students at BSU. Coming to BSU with almost 30 years of practical experience in the criminal justice system, it was critical to develop best practices in educating adults. Concentrated on Adult Learning, Training, Conflict Mediation and Organizational Behavior. Shortly after transitioning to academia, discovered that teaching methodology is equally important as subject-matter knowledge. Completed the HRD curriculum, GPA: 4.00
