I have spent the last 10 months in an additional role of Employee Engagement Specialist for our Regional team via Slack and Teams. It has allowed me to create and run contests to boost morale, to directly communicate with hundreds of employees, and to get a glimpse into what our employees find motivating and helpful. This opportunity is what has prompted me to look into the People Services Coordinator position. I have relished the opportunity to get to know so many of our frontline employees and managers as well as see the impact that positive reinforcement and morale boosting can have on individuals and the the quality of work they produce. I love working for Asurion, and this experience has given me clarity in the continued role I'd like to have as I reach for better and more focused opportunities in my career path.
