Triton Central High School - Fairland Indiana,
GPA:

GPA: 3.7

  • Honor Roll All 4 years
  • Ranked in Top 20% of class

National Honors Society (2016-2017)

  • I was the Treasurer of National Honors society. Not only did I learn how to handle money, I also learned the importance of being organized and playing a role in leadership. Although I just handled money I was still on the executive board, which meant other members were looking up to me as a leader of the organization.

Student Council (2013-2017)

  • I was also the Treasurer of Student Council. While I was in this position many of the students looked up to me because I was on the executive team. I was expected to act as a leader on a daily basis. When the students turned in money I was the one responsible for holding on to it, when the organization wanted to do something and needed to know the funding situation I was also in charge of that. That organization helped me to acquire many skills that I still use. Those skills include, but are not limited to responsibility, the value of teamwork, organization, communication, and especially budgeting.

Tennis (2013-2018)

  • I played varsity tennis in high school for all four years, while on the team I developed the skill of teamwork and learned to understand how important it is. I love playing on a team, which is why I played sports. I continued tennis into my first year of college, but got hurt. The injury required surgery and no more tennis. I still attended the practices until I later transferred. I learned to be dedicated and committed to the team.

S.A.D.D (2013)

  • This stands for Students Against Destructive Decisions. This organization was only offered my freshman year of high school, but in that short time it meant so much. It taught me to be engaged in the safety of my fellow classmates. I was able to feel empowered, like I could make an impact.

FCA (2013-2017)

  • FCA is short for Fellow Christian Athletes. This group is very near and dear to my heart. It is a bible study offered by one of the teachers at my high school. I went every Monday night at 7 and just got to be in the word with fellow students. My junior year of high school, I was given the opportunity to be a leader in this group and lead small groups.

Sunshine Society (2013-2017)

  • This group helped me to acquire the skill of service. It taught me to be selfless and have a more giving heart.

10 year 4-H Member

  • This organization taught me how to be responsible, use time management, be selfless, and so much more.

Intervarsity (2017-2018)

  • This is the bible study offered at Franklin College. Since I could no longer attend FCA this group took the place of that. I love talking about Jesus with students my age.
