Examples of Leadership roles: 1). The Special Children's School holds a traditional graduation ceremony for students transitioning to Kindergarten. I am currently the chairperson of the graduation committee. My duties consist of delegating responsibilities, ordering materials and monthly communication with committee members which proves to be successful. 2) As a Winston-Salem Forsyth School mentor for first -year teachers I advise , instruct, provide clarity and resources to assist them with adjusting in their new role. 3). As a veteran teacher I provide guidance, support and active listening to my colleagues.
