I am a subject matter expert of procedures, policies and directives on all types of tax issues, traveling several times to work diligently with the National Analyst for the 1040X program. Provided classroom instruction to employees, as well as verify, analyze and adjust taxpayer accounts per taxpayer request. In this, I trained instructors to instruct current and new employees, and Leads. I set up all 9 units (usually 25 employees each) before each season, designing new needed forms, employee folders, and shared drive. For example: I made a game where the employees had to answer 4-5 technical questions a week. If the puzzle was complete by the end of the set time frame, I made Bar-B-Que for the team. In my training classes, I made a Power Point game similar to Jeopardy, with technical and fun issues.
