Took the lead position in 6 month of employment, leading a team of 15 nurse aides a day, on all shifts. My responsibility making sure the residents was token care of and all documentation was filed out, according to the states standard. As a restorative therapy through the program, help the nursing home see an extra $500,000 a month. Last note: before I took the position 5 years prior, the nursing home failed the state inspection, since I took lead in the 4 years I was there, never failed an inspection. Also trained students on internship, which everyone I trained pass through the state. This completes my leadership skills.
Construction on the battle field
Made employee of the month 10 times in four years, passed every state inspection in those four years. Never late and my assignments was always finished on time. Passed every training exam with 90% or above and the most accomplishment: As a student in training, I also became the instructor assistant and everyone in my class, including me passed the state exam.
I read educational books, mostly legal work, politics, government, banking, bible, different laws, different cultures. Reading takes you away from reality at the same time places you in reality. Example "Reality is where you are is what you see, as you read it places your mind into reality, from the places you can't see,". Walking relieves stress and tension while making you feel free.
