At best western I cleaned the property, painted helped with maintenance around the hotel, and helped guests with there needs. At Pup’s I worked for a general contractor in Tonopah Nevada. I did everything from carpentry basic plumbing and electrical to irrigation systems, fixed plumbing problems leaks and clogs relocations of water heaters, remodel bathrooms, repair wood fences, repair water damages, and most household work as well as woodworking. My most current venture is with Kinross Round Mountain Gold I started here in 2017 as a general maintenance/ dewatering technician for 6 months. I helped pull and drop pumps in wells worked on plumbing Build boxes for pond safety equipment install doors remove sagebrush from ponds fused miles of hdpe from 2” up to 24”. From there I moved into plant maintenance starting as a lube tech for 3 months where I learned the planets about crushers conveyors and all the lubrication needs after my short time as lube tech I moved into mechanic fora couple years where I rebuilt crushers replaced feeder chain and flights worked on conveyors replaced bearings shafts and worked on screens I then moved into ADR maintenance as the air compressor mechanic I worked solo on air compressors until I took over the as the trainer for our shop. I took all of the new employees trained them on chemical safety, equipment, job SOPs, air brake training and sign them off on areas filled out and filed all paperwork for msha such as 5000-23 area orientations job task observations, and task cards. While doing that I worked on pumps kilns heater skids burners electro winning cells retorts bag houses air compressors pond liner and did safety audits I was given the lead spot for the shop which absolved plant maintenance as well still working on machinery doing the training for over twenty people help run the shops. Got put in charge of a CRM group for energy isolation helped develop training programs took classes for training, leadership, incident investigations and help work on the ball mill all of which I still do today

Trained on how to train with different types of people and personalities. How to right training programs and how to reach out to people and help them to understand easier for them
Took test on personality learned how to deal with and interact with other personality types. Deal with situations and incidents that may happen at work. Reasonable suspicion class. Class for incidents reporting spills and filling out c1 forms for injuries.
Learned how to use the geometry of the drum to figure misalignments and warps, how to align and float drums using rule of thumb on trunnion rollers. Heat scales for shells inspections lubrications and diagnostics. How to correlate lubrications to application. Light adjustments and clean out for propane burners
