Summary

At best western I cleaned the property, painted helped with maintenance around the hotel, and helped guests with there needs. At Pup’s I worked for a general contractor in Tonopah Nevada. I took all of the new employees trained them on chemical safety, equipment, job SOPs, air brake training and sign them off on areas filled out and filed all paperwork for msha such as 5000-23 area orientations job task observations, and task cards. While doing that I worked on pumps kilns heater skids burners electro winning cells retorts bag houses air compressors pond liner and did safety audits I was given the lead spot for the shop which absolved plant maintenance as well still working on machinery doing the training for over twenty people help run the shops. Got put in charge of a CRM group for energy isolation helped develop training programs took classes for training, leadership, incident investigations and help work on the ball mill all of which I still do today
